All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please Contact Support.

You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

• We sent the wrong item
• The item received is defective (including damaged in transit)

Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will send a replacement. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

You may return your unopened, original condition item for a refund within 30 days of the order ship date. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement; please see Replacement above). Refund will be of the item purchase price, excluding shipping & handling. Please note that you may not return item after purchase. However, we will replace defective merchandise.

We will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above. To request an RMA, please Contact Support.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department (customer service contact information below). Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

• RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to FCW Stores using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by FCW Stores and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Note: Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to FCW Stores marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
